Plot

But he soon realizes that his fellow jungle friends do not believe him, and they work to destroy the speck of dust. So, Horton decides to carry the speck of dust to a safe place high on Mount Nool.
Eventually, the other jungle animals hear the Whos’ voices and realize they exist. But they still do not believe in the Whos, and so they try to silence them. Luckily, a small Who, JoJo, joins in the Who chorus and helps them make their voices heard by the other jungle animals.
