Tom Hanks
Tom Hanks is a highly respected and acclaimed actor in Hollywood. He has appeared in a wide variety of films throughout his career, and is known for his ability to play a wide range of characters and for his naturalistic acting style.
Hanks began his acting career in the 1980s, with his first major role coming in the hit comedy film “Splash” (1984). Damon’s first film appearance was in 1988’s romantic comedy Mystic Pizza. After that, he starred in The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999) and Saved Private Ryan (1998). In 1997, he won an Academy Award for the screenplay of Good Will Hunting, which he also wrote. Afterward, he partnered with Ben Affleck in the thriller The Rainmaker.
While in high school, Damon got his big break with the film Mystic Pizza. He then had a starring role in the rom-com “The Good Old Boys” in 1995.
Damon went on to appear in several supporting roles. Eventually, he landed a leading role in Martin Scorsese’s The Departed(2002). This film was critically acclaimed and received nine Oscar nominations.
Matt Damon later starred in The Bourne Identity (2002). Damon and Ben Affleck won an Academy Award for their work on the film. Several sequels followed. They also starred in The Bourne Supremacy (2004), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), and Jason Bourne (2016).

As an actor, Clooney has been nominated for eight Academy Awards and has starred in numerous films, such as The Monuments Men, Argo, and The Descendants. He has also been involved in a number of humanitarian projects. In addition, he has forged a reputation for being a risk-taking filmmaker.
After a few years of being a popular TV personality, George Clooney went on to a career as an actor. During his time on ER, the medical drama that aired from 1994 to 1999, he played the role of Dr. Doug Ross.
Eventually, George Clooney decided to devote his life to movies. He directed his first film, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, in 2002. That was his first venture under the Section Eight Productions banner, a production company that he created with filmmaker Steven Soderbergh.
Later, he starred in The Ides of March (2011), a political drama about a presidential candidate. This movie earned George Clooney his second Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
George Clooney has also become involved in the United Nations, and he was appointed a United Nations peace envoy in 2006. When the government of Haiti was hit by an earthquake, George Clooney and Brad Pitt formed the nonprofit organization Not On Our Watch. They raised over $66 million to help the victims.
As a director, Clooney has helmed such acclaimed movies as Ocean’s Eleven and The Monuments Men. His most recent film, The Midnight Sky, will be released in 2020.
